all that is , is a module you can add to say those alerts on any system having dry contact triggering. why the hell isnt that battery inside the controll box, where it belongs?Ive serviced and installed security systems for ten years and never saw anything so stupid. you put a tamper switch on the box door, and it all becomes protected.

this building up the street from me has the same alarm system...i remember back in 93 when i first heard this alarm..i was in the 3rd grade..and it would constantly go off...one time it went off for the whole weekend and nobody came by to shut it off...the siren would just scream and the man would say "burglary burglary burglary, you have violated a area protected by a security system, leave immdiately, burglary burglary burglary wow wow wow wow wow wow" they dont even use it anymore today

@EIGGER85 1993? wow, didn't know this particular siren / dialog went back that far. My 'rents had - up until about 9 or so years ago, an old siren two tone,[?], very loud - could hear it in your sleep - now they have this siren.
