zumba is an amazing program..i use the wii to dance it's great! They tell you how many calories you burned per dance and it's just an incredible experience. I recommend people sign up at the gym or get a wii or xbox and dance with your tv at home. Plus it comes with a belt to hold your remote if you get the wii version!
