I did always do my own perms, but I wore my hair in a wrap and it was always easy to do. But I didn't know how to braid or flat twist...two strand twisting wasn't too difficult for me. But I just kept practicing and I got better. I'm going to do a video on my hair regime it's fairly easy though..be on the look out

@angi0517 Hey hun! I used the Tresemme heat protectant spray. It was around 3 dollars from Walmart. I also put a little Giovanni Direct Leave in and some coconut oil....I think grapeseed oil is suppose to be the best oil to use...but I didn't have any. Hope this helps! :)
