i just realized what i hate most about brawl... the gameplay is simplified down to the point that you didn't need to have any experience with the game to know what beat what; there are a lot fewer options and some options are almost impossible to punish.

He is using some advanced techniques, he's pressuring the opponent and keeping his cool. He's forcing the opponent to attack and be agressive while he'll counter attack. He's a defensive pro. I'm more offensive since I use pivot grabs, i shield pressure, tread, and dash dance, cuz i can't stand to wait for the enemy to attack me, i rather just play it fast and tricky and rush them.

this is what happens when you slow gameplay and remove advanced techs. the noobs cant see the mindgames and reactions. kinda ironic since the game was slowed to make it more noob friendly
