i don't care how many times i watch this. it still makes me cry everytime, for the loss of one of the greatest singers of all time and the message behind the song, so beautiful.
An Evening With Queen 1974-1976 2DVD set, Queen Live at Earl's Court 1977 DVD available at Tommygun Video please see our Youtube channel for link/details/clips
This is obviously his personal tribute to Freddie Mercury (Fharrok Bulsara) I think i spelled that right.. Incredible performances, Both incredibly talented men.
When the voice of mr. Mercury is audible the thrill appears, when Freddie falls silent it just disappears . . . miss Your brilliant, rare voice (for sure Made in Heaven)
Very heart breaking to watch. The way the video ends is like if May is missing his old friend...and then it ends with him playing this beautiful song by him self.
Freddie was the ultimate frontman, songwriter and vocalist.....god bless him and R.I.P.
@Satyr1975 Freddie was a great musician, and while good he wasn't the ultimate songwriter. Song writing was shared by all 4 members of the band (I believe they are the only band to ever have a #1 hit written by each member).
As great as Freddie was, please do not belittle May, Taylor, and Deacon.
@GeneAnaki Maybe you're misunderstanding the word "ultimative". I know that all members were songwriters - I know everything about Queen. But Mercury was the jewel in the band, and I stand by the comment I made before.
