Water cooled chip... big radiators on the ram, and watercooled GPU.... nice
but what did you do to get the PSU quiet, all the PSU's able to run a top rig (Say a kiloWatt ideally) seem to be as noisy as hell - what PSU are you using here?
I haven't done anything to the PSU, just selected one of the quietest ones in the market, a Seasonic S12-500w.
The computer also as a very low power consumption, at idle the total components beeing powered by the PSU only use 84w, so there's almost no heat produced and the fan spins very slowly.
How come the video is so noisy

follow the right tube comeing out of the GPU it has a sholder joint then it goes into the CPU tricky to spot
