An important message: people want to prove that something is real or 'is the case', the real and the imagined may have the same value in terms of positive function, say, on the mood (and hence the health, by the Placebo Effect) of the person concerned. But those who believe in conspiracies seem in truth to think that the imagined is of less value than the proven real. Hence, they beleive that that we are being 'denied' the real facts of the case.
