Chappy is a island full of morons. Sorry but I was a cop in Edgartown and lived on Chappy for about a month. I had to leave when those people actually refered to edgartown as the "mainland" and get this, the people who live there referd to travel to Boston or Cape Cod as going to america, and the funny part is that they actually thought that way.
