thats the thing. pokemon is alsways the same. nothing changes. no plot developement. team rocket STILL want pikachu but fails, ash meets bunch of pokemon and friend, he beats all da gym leader, but never won once the championship. The last time Pokemon was actually "good" was during the orange league. but after that its been da same crap.
I sort of like the part where Piplup's stuck in Grimer...
