the "solvent" for invis shield is water its only there for you to be able to get all air bubbles out and move very little and be careful not to put to much water on the shield or device or it will not stick when doing edges

The shield allows you to re-apply it if you put it on wrong, but once you squeegee the shield and it leave  on for the instructed time there's no way in hell your moving it!!

I found this video great so thanks, im getting a 2g for xmas and ill certainly be using a invisible shield, i was just wondering though, did u find it difficult to do the corners on the back side of the itouch. ive just heards so many things aboout it taking ages. lol

Yeah the corners took a lil while. But you have to hold it down for a few minutes so the liquid can dry out. So far the corners are kind of lifting up. But I still want to keep the mirror part so the IS is the way to go.

All types of covers has their disadvantages and advantages. One may be cheaper while the other is more expensive. I am a IS fan, so I am going to stick with them. And yes, it doesnt cover the corners all the way
