@AislinKageno If you look closely you'll see that Yukiho has a bob-cut while Haruka has a simple above the shoulder, their bangs are also different. Also, for those who actually haven't seen the two together watch?v=V8RBm2-W8_w this vid has the two together, Chihaya is there too but you can easily tell her apart from the other two, Nukopi (owner of the account the vid is on) has tons of videos of all the idols together so you can see all the similarities.

I just think Haruka's hairstyle is similar to that of Haruhi, from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
