Sorry, too muck work to find and send you the mod, excuse me but you can make this mod very easly.

1) The grass is from Candy mod (only grass textures)

2) The asphalt is a jpeg that i have found on google, find some similar and replace it in the normal mod (use photoshop with dds plugin, remember same pixels es: 500x500 or 1024x1024)

3) Set night in the editor, all other textures are from standard mod
