He was a crowd favourite in Canada! We loved him so much!

Yes, The first time I saw this guy skate was in apromo for a Staurady ASfternoon of men's skating and I had not bothered to watch skating very often since accpet when kurt Browing or Scott Hamilton were skating in some professional event. a two second blipof him made me tune in and when he was done with his long program I had to satnd up and clpa and scream BRAVO in my living room. He always gives so much and that is why we all love him so much.

I watch him skating and I wanna become a better person,more dedicated and sincere,so strong is the message he transmits to me.I liked figure skating but with him I started to love this sport,in my mind he never stoped skating and fore sure he is unique.Great skater,artist and man!

I never had the courege to watch those videos about Yagudin's farewell,I avoided them.I saw them today and I'm sad.I never had a model in my life,I've always wanted to be myself.But still for this man I skipped classes in order to see him live on TV,I've watched all those major competitions he participated,I was with him on ice every time he skated on,he touched my heart by the way he expressed himself on ice,so full,so intense on every performance
