If someone shoots me in the head please walk up and put 1 more in my head and 1 more in the heart. I don't want to suffer. The kid without the gun... made a very bad choice that day, the wrong friend it would seem... I think the kid with the gun should be charged with 1st degree murder, 1st degree armed robbery, 1st degree attempted murder... at the age of 14 getting the needle. Thats how I would vote.
