Not sure of the name but the plot is Meg gets a job as a waitress to get a Prada bag and takes Stewie in. he gets adicted to the pancakes and is taken off to a foster family who have various nationality children. One is Zulu, hence the click-click. I must say I think the vocalisation is so funny on this.
