A wreckless moron who crashed 5 planes... He isn't a 4 star general people!!! Wake up! Obama fought to make it in life and wasn't born with a silver spoon! A true hero... and not just because of ONE moment in his life, he gets a free pass for all eternity.

Also, both of his shoulders were smashed (the reason why he can't rase his arms passed his head) and countless other injuries while he was a POW. A F-4 Phantom II (Which McCain NEVER flew) LAU-10 underwing rocket accidentally fired due to an electrical power surge during the switch from external power to internal power. The rocket hit the A-4 Skyhawk's external fuel tank. piloted by LCDR Fred D. White, McCain's Plane was right next to his and he tried to save him but couldn't and struck in the legs and chest by fragments.

-McCain Never used Father or his Grandfather to get in to the Naval Academy

-McCain was near the lower part of his class because he didn't obey the rules DESPITE his IQ

-He first Flew a A-1 Skyraider, which is NOT A JET. He soon became a better pilot, albeit one who tended to "push the envelope" in his flying and later flew the A-4 Skyraider. his dad had no say so.

-He only crashed three not Five, two during training one in Nam.

- McCain was near the bottom of his class.

- The navy only take students from the top 10%to train as jet pilots. McCain's father circumvented that policy.

- McCain crashed 5 planes, one killing Americans on a aircraft carrier. Poor students make poor pilots.

Anybody who fights in a war is a hero. Military veterans DO NOT criticize other veterans. McCain STAYED in the NVA prison rather than leave because he believed other guys should leave first. He was tortured MORE because the NV's thought that made them look bad. Remember, soldiers can't start the wars -- only chickenhawks can.

Hey, does anyone know why McCain is Anti-Midget. I want to hear his rationale.

As for McCaine's POW self exploitation: Being a POW pretty much says that something went wrong, because he was captured. I'll bet that he he screwed up. John McCain was shot down behind enemy lines flying low altitude bombing runs, thats just bad luck. After being captured he was tortured for years and refused to leave early unless the other US POWs left too, even when the gooks offered him the chance.
