I believe this is a Jorge Morel arrangement with some alterations by Chet. You can find the book containing the arrangement at “spanishguitar”. Once there, do a search for Virtuoso South American Guitar, Vol.3. It contains some great Bernstein and Gershwin tunes. The arrangements are in notation only.
I absolutely love this. This deserves more views than it has.
