Let me tell you about what happened to me! In 2005 I went through and Independent Medical Evaluation. The doctor was of course paid for by the i/c. The doctor made statements that were completely contrary to what I stated during the exam. 4 other back specialists reports clarify the symptoms/conditions that I have due to the work related back injuries. The i/c is being sued in another state for fraud (paying of drs.). I still cannot find an attorney to represent me!!!

I got proof she lied if someone would just listen to the court reporting but noone has the time for it!

how do work comp attorneys get away with lying in court? my opposing attorney did and she got away with it!

so I lost my case!

Hi I have a work mans comp case where I hurt my shoulder and numb ness in arm and fingers. I am having trouble with my lower back upper back and heels on my feet my lawyer seems to want to do nothing because they did surgery on my shoulder and denide a mri on my spine what can I do if my own lawyer will not help me Thanks Mike

Very good advice. Being an I/W myself I've learned just how awful W/C I/C's can treat us after the fact so CYA!
