My God man!! Where the hell was law enforcement in this matter? Each chance to get this guy screwed up!? How much pain this has caused!? Law suits need to be placed, absolute negligence on law enforcement! I read all of the reports, they did nothing !? Maybe to much time at the doughnut shop or making their quotas for incidental traffic violations, Respect!? How much respect did this girl get!
