The other recordings I've heard of this piece have a much plainer piano accompaniment, which is what I got when I purchased the sheet music. Your accompaniment is much better - more lively and interesting. Can you tell me the publisher? Or if you wrote it yourself, would you be willing to share it with me? Your choir's singing is absolutely stunning. What choir is it? Which country/city?

I'm curious to know who performed for this recording and from whence they hailed. The pronunciation suggests the singers were Australian, from New Zealand or perhaps were Chinese. The word "heart" excludes native US English speakers West of New York. "We'll" doesn't have the same vowel sound as "be," instead pronounced here more like "will." The first vowel of "together" is unusual and the first and second vowels in "liberty" match unexpectedly.

I remember singing this with the Tapiola choir and then in Canada where I got to meet the one and only Stephen Hatfield. All the music, all the memories. Is it tragedy or farce to say that the best part of my life has already passed? Probably both. But I see this song hasn't changed much. People seem to either love it or hate it. There is no in between. Interesting, considering the subject matter. "When every man joins in our song..." Maybe they're waiting for you to join in their song.
