Hey, I'm very very dark and want to find a good foundation that will brighten my face without lightening the appearance of my skin tone. I've got a Clinique foundation in shade 54(N) and its pretty much my skin tone but makes me look dull and does not bring up any undertones I may have.

I believe Suede 4 has been discontinued in the Teint Idole Ultra, sucks cause Suede 5 is too dark for me and suede 3 is too light...:( I wear Suede 4 in the Teint Miracle. I wonder why it got discontinued.

I've been noticing here (in singapore) there are no darker colors maybelline, revlon, l'oreal...drugstore brands here stop at 'beige' or 'tan'... it pisses me off because we have so many people darker than a 'tan'! Revlon brings in about 5 colors, it's so sad. Not many women experiment and try out make up, lack of options and affordability. Liquid and powder foundation are usually $20-25 american dollars here at the drugstore! It's only high end (mac, MUFE, lancome) that have darker colors!

@hotchocolate1 yes this is Idole. Miracle is a dewy foundation with light reflection. I have and LOVE both!!

If you're gonna buy Lancome, Clinique, Lauder or other dept store cosmetics be sure to check the website "mygiftwithpurchase" for your free 7pc skin & makeup kits they give you during certain times of the year. Starting 3/1/11 Estee Lauder has a free gift at Macys, 3/3/11 Lancome has 1 at Bloomingdales, & Boscovs/Dillards has a Clinique gwp. Gift with purchases (GWP) can also be bought on line from the dept store & the events run 2 1/2 weeks.

@MissLaydiiable Go to Lancome's website their newest foundation is "Teint Miracle", not much difference in texture, you probably wear shade "Suede 4C" or "2W", but "Diorskin Nude" by Christian Dior is far superior than Lancome, & they do have your shade, look at it on Sephora. Sorry, Dior does not offer any GWP's presently, though they use to.

Hey Destiny I have the same foundation in the same shade and i'm also a hardcore make up forever fan.. I love both of them. I love all your video and you are truly a humble soul. My next purchase will be the Ilamasqua foundation i have lots of their product. great product for darker skin tone.

I LOVE this foundation and have been using for a yr now. I wear suede 2 and have worn for 12+hrs with no problems. I think you may be using to much product. I never have to use more than 1/2 to 1 full pump and I like applying with a foundation brush 1st then buffing out with a similar brush in ur video. My skin looks clear and natural and I get many compliments. Your skin is gorgeous so I know you don't need as much as ur using. Thanks for the review and it is well worth the $ because it lasts!!
