Really had high hopes for this one, this teaser brought the characters to their roots as ninjas (Leo's kata at the end is pitch perfect as the technical mastery of the art he is).

Should have been high energy with a simple plot and lots and lots and lots of action. Instead it was a damn syfy movie-of-the-week. Boring. Antithesis of the entire series.

more faithful to the comics, yeah, but the comics weren't the cultural phenomenon that the 1987 show was, and is still the incarnation that 20somethings like myself remember the most fondly.
