What he was most likely experiencing was strong inflow winds. Those can cause damage that is similar to a tornado of the ef1 variety. It is not uncommon for the inflow winds to exceed 80mph

I don't doubt that a tornado was somewhere in your area, but what you're showing here is NOT a tornado. This is vid of heavy rain / wind squalls. Thanks for posting, though.
