Hey I haven't seen the movie yet but i was planning to buy it, is it good enough to buy? from the soundtrack and the trailer, it seems pretty good.

A shame they spoiled the movie with lame fighting scenens. Reverse gripping and backwards stabbing; blah! If you're trying to hold on to the illusion that you're making a historical movie you should try to keep the depiction historically correct. And that means NO REVERSE GRIPPING GODDAMMIT!!

The soundtrack though is awesome, sorry about that silly rant above.

Hans Zimmer did the soundtracks for The Gladiator and Pirates of the Caribbean...in fact, some Pirates of the Caribbean music is used in the scene where the bishop is speaking with Arthur alone at the Round Table.

Wow, I'm impressed - well spotted! When Arthur says to the bishop, idk, something like "No army, no church, no God will protect you from my wrath", there's this long epic buildup cue.

In Dead Man's Chest, which came out two years later, Hans Zimmer uses the same cue for when the Kraken's mouth slowly appears on the Black Pearl, just before it swallows Jack.
