why did it take so long, this was nearly 4 years ago and till now they decided too send you a letter about it weird

Like I'm major pissed about this, and I was thinking about my Customer satisfaction (naturally - I don't ever need EBAY telling me what I should be doing for my customer) but your video revealed the straight fact I glazed over... I shipped 3 items this week that are tied up in that 21 day non-sense.. you brought to light, that YES ..so easily I can be a victim of both Paypal-ebay and the customer if they decide to claim non receipt. Wow. Amazing blunder on paypal..I am no longer using.

Think of the amount of interest they get from this rubbish Paypal rule. They don't do it for the safety of buyers at all, they do it because it puts a good extra 400k in their pockets every month.
