@HarrySkates98W Kick your foot up first like an Ollie then hard to the left or right off the board (depending if you're goofy or regular). Keep practicing it then. Once you can get full rotations just kick your foot off enough to get the full rotation, too hard and the board won't stay under you. Then just commit. Look up videos to get a better idea.

@ShaneF49 Obviously you don't know anything about technique and timing. As I jump and do the varial triple flip in super slow motion.... I first raise my right leg and curve it oh so slightly for the rotatation.... a split second second later, my toe presses into the pocket giving it the flip. Your flip count varies on foot placement and weight distribution as you leave the board. Sounds hard but it really isn't. I was just going into depth. By the way... I'm already sponsored.
