  • So nice to see jeff tain playing everytime....such a feeling of freedom

  • 3:53 oooooofff!

  • If you want simple backbeats, listen to pop music. (Nothing inherently wrong with that) but this is complex, fast, swinging jazz, and Tain is my favorite drummer on earth, one of the best songwriters in jazz, and a slammin' swinging mother. This is not a good recording. Listen to the original on Tain's CD "Detained at the Blue Note."

  • looney033058. starting in the bebop era, jazz is "musicians" music. made to show the critical thinking and creativity of the artist(s). he is soloing. thats the point. exchanging of ideas or communication is happening at one of its highests musical forms in this video. we are past the days of "band in a box" rhythm sections

  • Tain is a wizard behind those skins

  • you obviously don't listen to much Tain or Branford or Wynton

  • super dumb, jeff is the comp king...looney033058 is just that Looney.....he wrote the damn song he can do what he wants

  • wow. calling out jeff watts. you're either super-ballsy or super-ignorant.

  • too busy on drums, sounds like he is soloing during the entire song

  • @looney033058 I' m sure you suck balls at what ever it is you think you do well, very sure. ; )
