I'll bet that you are completely involved when you draw or paint, not sure about movie editing, not much of a photographer, but did quite a bit of 3d photography with those japanese 3d cameras- so much fun- while doing my grad work 20 yrs ago.
Please tell your mother what a good mother she is- my mom had to put up with not understanding, too and loved me anyway.

Wearing the wig almost always kept me from the vast majority of my hair.
And again praying paid off the best. Don't give up. girl, most of us us do stop yes?

Hi Beckie, it's Kathe again. i've been meaning to post on what helped me with my trich. Was at my wit's end, nothing had helped. My dad, a wonderfully kind man, had a rosary with a bit of water in the crucifix, from Lourdes where so many miracles and cures happened.
I asked Dad if I could have it, and he said yes.
I broke open the rosary put the dot of holy water on my head, proceded to shave my head, and bought a serviceable wig.
Then I prayed like crazy. Have been good since. God bless.

You are a gorgeous girl outside, whether your hair is long or short. More importantly, you are smart, kind, creative, and have helped so many people. I'm a woman who shaved my head for several years, although I don't have Trich, so I know it's not the same. But I liked it and felt confident, so others accepted it. I know you can pull it off too!
All of your videos are creative and good. I think you should make whatever type you are most comfortable with and have the time/energy for and not worry about trying to cover all of the possibilities.
The short hair looks good and is a good idea for dealing with the trich.

Really good, Beckie, you got those Sinéad dance moves. : ) I'm a big fan of hers, esp her first two albums. She's like this rock Goddess. But contrary to her apparent rough exterior, she had a lot of conflicts going on inside. For a bit, she thought she was a lesbian. Recently Sinéad figured out that she has Bi-Polar Disorder, which I have, too. Your editing was marvelous. ^_^

I've been having a "renewed" problem with my Trich. I figure there isn't too much I can do about it and I have more pressing matters atm too, so I try not to stress about it; sometimes even this helps. *shrug*

I am ,as well, as a painter/artist, and have identified a lot with you having had trich myself.I had rather severe problems with trichotillomania for a few years, but was able to finally give it up. I still get an itch to pull once in awhile but it doesn;t bother me much as I know i Have conquered it Hope to share more soon. Kathe

Wow, this is brilliant, one of your best videos in my opinion. I just love how free your movements are - how they sort of flow with the music, it makes me want to rewatch this video over and over. Great work :D Oh and sorry to read about the hair but you really do suit this style, I think it looks nice whatever cut you have - whether you shave it all or anything, whatever will help you is best I think.

you are so gorgeous! up until a couple of weeks ago, I hadn't even realized you had trich, I thought you'd just cut your hair because you wanted to, and I really liked it!! :D I think it make you look very mature, and your face is so pretty on its own :) plus, your eyes are gorgeous! oh, and you have some maaaaad editing skills, both videos and pictures! I've been having a "renewed" problem with my Trich. I figure there isn't too much I can do about it and I have more pressing matters atm too, so I try not to stress about it; sometimes even this helps. *shrug*
