Republicans always stand in the way of things like healthcare that's their history. They won't admit it but that's just the way it is. The Democratic party isn't perfect but republicans are NEVER the answer.
I'm not sure frolicking with an intern in the Oval Office is representative of someone with class. But there is no question that Clinton was a more astute politician than Obama, and he had the sense to moderate his agenda after the loss on healthcare and the Republican revolution in 1994.

i am a republican and i like Bill Clinton back in the day because when the gop won back the congress in 1993. he could have fight gop but he knew it was going to be a lost for him in 1996. so what he did he worked with the gop and look how the 90s was. i feel obama wood have to do the samething in 2010.
@attie3 well election day is tomorrow. I think the GOP will win the house and maybe the senate. It will take for both of them to work together. The issues I think that should take priority are the deficit, inflation, and social security. Let's hope Obama and the GOP work together for the good of the country. They would both have to move to the center.
Clinton could have retired and played golf for the rest of his life ...
But instead he became the U.N. Envoy to Haiti, started a charitable organization with President Bush , Sr., supported a candidate in the presidential election, flew in relief supplies and is an advisor on health care for the administration.
Jimmy Carter sure set the bar HIGH for former presidents and what good they can provide for humanity.....
The best work from all of these guys is after they leave office....
President Clinton has been the last president who has done a A= job! The Repugs better not forget that Brown' s victory is based on "WORK FOR THE PEOPLE" ALL the people! No more bank bailouts that W. Bush stared, Repugs put this country into debt..Barry Soetoro has continued this policy..Both parties get out of bed with the corrupt corporations..Fuck both parties if they continue to ignore the wishes of the people! Hillary Clinton, 2012! Hillary Clinton, 2012!

Oh, I totally agree with you... Clinton really had a lot of class. I disagreed on a broad majority of his policy decisions, but at the end of the day, the man had class and I could respect him for that.
Democrat had surplus, the republican had debt, and again, more debt.

I wonder how many Americans lost their homes and went bankrupt, could not send their children to college, etc., since this speech was made?
The Republicans could of saved us 500 billion dollars if they passed it then. Now the price is 897 billion and they say wait some more.
I have been without health care since 1992, how much longer do they want people to wait? Until the costs of Health care legislation goes down?
This will cost us 2 trillion if we have to wait 8 more years......

Never thought I would say this, but Clinton is starting to look like a class act compared to what I've seen out of democrats this time around.
Let's see how Obama handles this loss.
