Actually there are two buildings of the National Bank of Romania. The first one (0:00-0:19) is the New Palace finished in the mid 1950s, whereas the second (0:20-0:33) is the Old Palace, completed in 1890. Paul Louis Albert Galleron was involved only in designing the second one and he died in 1930. The New Palace was designed by a group of Romanian architects.
