Motion Tween vs Classic Tween Adobe Flash Animation

One interesting thing I noticed is the rotor blades of the helicopter were animating, i.e. spinning as it was moving. How did you get that moving since intrinsically this was a .png file not a .gif - so it can't be there existed an animation contained within the picture itself as it's a .png.

Would be happy if you could educate us on this....

Actually there is not much difference in term of performance. The new Motion Tween is much easier to use.
