First things first . . . no one can upstage Missy.
Secondly, the drummer is probably just "feeling the music." As a drummer, I can attest to the fact that we sometimes looks pretty spastic while playing. Plus, he probably had a few before going on stage (I know I always do!)

nothing against this performance, but it's incredible how much she's improved in her live shows in two short years. stage presence, vocal performnance, everything. she's like a different person. it's amazing, really.

That's hillaraious the drummer is on automatic pilot and thinks the song is ending at 1:23, LOL! Love the way Missy just smiles back at him.
