One thing I figured out is his japanese name is "Oisuu" and the Mazzal boss in Minish Cap`s also japanese name is "Oisuu" maybe they have connections. Like the wind tribe>> nah

Oh he's not too bad, he's strong but PAINFULLY slow, & dumb as well if u go behind him when he shoots arrows, he's spend an eternity looking for u! That is untill u bring down a hulking wooden hammer on his head!

If you haven't found the sea chart go deeper in the Ocean king temple. Then go to isle of dead and solve the puzzles there. They go to ruin isle and do the stuff there.
