  • @imaqinate Food can be expensive or reasonable..it is up to you....

    Protien can expensive if you like shimp, cheap if you like tuna.

    Find food that is on sale.

    Personaly it cost me about $50 a week for my food.

  • @Beachbodybryan Although I support P90X I However do not support their or anyones use of Supplements. Nearly all our needs can be met by eating real food. The use of supplemts does little more then make the producer rich. Be a fit, fast and strong ALL NATURAL ATHELETE!

Im not here to tell people to come buy this amazing new drink and lose up to 100 pounds. Im here to incourage people to buy an amazing workout program that HAS been proven over and over to be extremely effective when used correctly.   • p90x rocks. im on my last week and ive lost about 25 pounds and about 5 inches off my waist. its amazing how fast things can change if you follow a program. good job dude.i ordered the p90x + and im probably gonna try to mix some of those in with the next go round.i have to say im getting kinda lazy with the ab ripper though. and i switched yoga for core. and i do half the leg exercises. i dont do the dreya roll. matter of fact i really dont follow the program all that well lol. but i sweat alot

  • On another note, I have been tring a program you may have seen on youtube called the Transformation Super Challenge w/Chris Kruger. This is a very good program and at $55 you can't beat the price. Check out the vids I have posted on my website on Chris or search him on here.   • @gmhippie thanks! i nearly quit eating red meat for starters. loading up on fish and chicken. lots of steamed veggies. i have been eating a protein shake, banana and yogurt, oatmeal for breakfast. lunch, protein bar (2:1) and maybe a sandwich w/veg., lots of water throughout the day, for dinner, either grilled fish or chicken and a veggie and a shake again. after workout, empyrean insu pro recovery drnk. before workout, no-explode (trial). is that decent? no crap anymore like pop and sweets.

  • @optical76 sounds like you are doing pretty good...red meat and pork are ok in moderation, just get lean cuts.

  • @craigarc303 The pahses of the diet go with the pahses of the workouts so you start on phase one and go through phase three same as the workouts.

  • @magnumluis89 Yes I did the classic version. I also added in 20 minutes on a exercise bike on weight lifting days. I used creatin and whey protein. Nutrition is 80% of the results, you have to eat clean...here is a great thing to remember, if you can't grow it or kill it , don't eat it! You can't grow or kill a potato chip or a pop tart...

  • @rajupatel911 Sorry I'm not a doctor. But I can tell you that making your back stronger will probably help. Streching is very important as well. Start slow and ease into some activitie.

  • ya unfortunatley i live with my mom and i cant throw her junk away but i just fight them as hard as i can, If i cant handle it anymore i drink crystal clear water wich is a flavored water but has no calories, sugar, fats etc it only has 10 mg of sodium per servings so like 50 mg of sodium per bottle, that or i have a fruit and nut bar or some tiny candle bar things that are super small.

  • @TheCrimsonKing09 Give tea a shot man. Like straight tea, no sweetener or anything. It's really good for you and isn't flavorless, I mean, it's not sweet, but if you find a good iced tea that you like it's almost no calories and provides good nutrients for you, plus antioxidants. Give it a shot.

  • @ah4fucksake86 I take very few supplements, you'll need a protein supplement for sure, other then that creatine might be something to consider.

  • hey, will having 3-4 bowls of cereal/day kill my nutrition? Of course I'm eating total ;) but I know it's a massive amount of carbs... should I add in extra cardio to combat it?
