You don't thank God for losses; that is like thanking God for letting a family member die. You try to understand the losses, that's all you can do. Tebow is just acknowledging the fact that God is in control, and they lost for a reason.

Check out Jerry Rice and Joe Montana in College. Then Check Tebow's stats. Then watch FL beat GA today. While doing so, watch Tebow become the "all time SEC rushing scorer." He has also thrown 75 TD passes at FL. He got to throw 8 as a Freshman because he played RB most of the time. How many did Montana throw at ND? How many NC rings did Montana or Rice wear in College? Ans: 1 How many does TB wear? Ans 2. Who is the only QB to ever run for and throw for 20 plus TD's in a season? Ans: Tebow!

In reply to 1:33 statement in the video. You thank God for the victories because you are recognizing that He was the one that made it happen. You don't thank God for losses; that is like thanking God for letting a family member die. You try to understand the losses, that's all you can do. Tebow is just acknowledging the fact that God is in control, and they lost for a reason.
Also, this speech only gives people more reason to respect Tim Tebow. Tebow is humbling himself in this speech.

Anyone who openly cheers or enjoys a young athlete and a good person for getting hurt has some issues. Tim is a great Christian and great role model. Regardless of how you feel about his religion, he is an admirable man who does great things for the community and especially young people. Freak injuries can happen to anyone and he is blessed that the injury was more serious, as it looked worse than it turned out.
Some don't like Tim just because he is a Gator, but he is a class act all around.
