Thanks dude for uploading this, I remember this game at a pizza place that burnt down and I couldn't remember the name of this until I looked at wiki and confirmed it with this video. I remember a snake/worm boss, and some of the other monsters in the intro, and even a jumping one with hedge clippers, but I don't think I ever got far, I was young at the time.
