  • The real/true BSR turntables fucking need to fucking return, IN MY PROUD OPINION.

  • Can you use this in the missionary position?

  • I got one of these just to open the case and see what the table was. What I found is old stock turntable date 1984 dc belt drive. Bsr is the maker of it it also can use a different bsr spindle .

The platter is you now it plastic. The speed selector unlike older bsr is a switch that hooks to the motor. Changer part works like a bsr.

  • I saw one of these in a museum; it was being used for an interactive display or something. I asked the guide how well the turntable worked; he said it felt a little flimsy, but hadn't given them any trouble. Funny thing about cheap plastic mechanical parts is that if designed well, they're self lubricating and can be surprisingly reliable. I can't imagine the performance specs of that thing being too impressive; I wonder if they used a (now inexpensive) brushless motor to keep the rumble down.

  • Even worse, some moron touching the grooves of that LP @ 0:23! >:|

  • Oh Boy, now I can get rid of my Rega P3 and Nakamichi Dragon Cassette deck and have everything in one compact unit, WHOOPIE!!

  • While I'm glad someone is making phonographs again, the quality is CHEAP!

  • looks worse than a yorx.

  • Ugh..that digital number display completely ruins the "vintage" look.

Plus, the cartridge/needle will probably destroy your 78rpms with ease.

  • Beside the digital display, the turntable itself ruins the vintage look too because they didn't took the time to make it looks 40ish.

  • Cool unit, but I say, if you want a good turntable, you gotta go vintage.

That record changer looks really cheap, like a BSR. And never stack 78s on the changer, because of their material, there's a good chance they'll crack or shatter. I leared that the hard way!!!

  • And not only that, it only has a single Lp stylus thats not truely compatible with 78s like theu claim. Beside did you notice that the record is not really playing because they did not open the needle guard. If I ever find on of those Crosleys in the trash with at least with a working turntable, I should do a comparison with a vintage record player and smash it when I'm done, LOL!

  • Oh my God and they have it dragging on the record!

lol i saw one of these at wal-mart, and it was so light and flimsy, i'd be worried about breaking it just from turning it on!

  • Itz nothing but a novelty set so you know where quality goes for that.

  • Wilkes85. About the Stack-O-Matic - you forgot to point out the record changer is a BSR copy!

  • Judging by the closeup shots, It looks even cheaper than a BSR lol

  • Hic hic hic hic! It is a replica.

  • Interesting piece. Thank you for sharing.

  • This stereo needs an 8-track player.

  • your're exactly right! they sound bring back 8-track players just like they added a 78 speed on these newer sets.

  • Hahaha.

    NICE !
