So I guess the family improves every time. OoT was the first in the timeline so Queen Gohma died and a Gohma larva escaped from her corpse and went to the position they were at on the NES. Then that died, and so on through the family in other games until the last one died and the final Gohma got out to this place in TP. However the Twilight flowed through it, giving it that light eye attack, and its eye the ability to live on its own.

@EatAnOctorok I like to think that the games are just a retelling of an epic Legend as time moves along. The constants in every iteration of the Zelda franchise are Link, Zelda, and Ganon. Everything else fades in and out. But as for the core of the story it really doesn't change that much at all. Link learns of his destiny, goes on a quest, finds some important relics or artifacts, and then confronts the evil at the end. I think its cool to try to put some cohesion between the games though.

@MrAsaCrabtree well I believe that the reason that Skyward Sword is set before OoT, is that after Spirit Tracks, Link got cloned and he sent his clone back in time to before his parents died in the war.

@EatAnOctorok If you want to connect all of the stories in a meaningful way clones is not the way to go. I think that Skyward sword Link is the "first Link" and that all other Links after him are reincarnations. In fact in the game Wind Waker, the Link in that game is a reincarnation of the OoT link. As well as the Zelda and Ganondorf. I didn't play spirit tracks so I might be missing something here but I find time traveling clones to very unlikely. That kind of thing fits better with Sci Fi.

@MrAsaCrabtree well in OoT, Zelda takes back the Ocarina of Time and sends Link back to his time. Then between OoT and MM, Young Zelda gives it back to Young Link. So he still has the Ocarina, and still knows the Song of Time. Reincarnation has the side-effect of amnesia, shall I not be reminded of that. So why do you think Skyward Link's clone had flashbacks of riding Epona, seeing Majora's Mask, riding the King of Red Lions and being a wolf? Watch the trailer.

@EatAnOctorok I have seen the trailer. Those could hardly be considered flashbacks. They were more of a legacy. The trailer was kinda saying "look how far the Zelda franchise has come". Besides the only confirmed Zelda games to be connected is OoT and WW (as well as the first two Zelda games). Trying to connect the games will drive you mad! (I've tried). Perhaps Nintendo has it all written down somewhere or maybe these are more like Mario then we thought. ( The mario games have no narrative).

I heard that if you kill this boss in it's last form with the dominion rod (Whack it with it) you get a different ending to the fight instead of this one. Wehn you were fighting gohma in small form, you could of just simply shot the eye alot with the bow and arrows, that what i did.

It was easy that way, anyway good fight gainst him.

For a late boss, I'd say it was a little too easy. Entertaining, but easy nonetheless. The bit towards the end of the battle (where you THOUGHT the battle was over, but it wasn't). That last bit was a real joke, though. One swing of the ball & chain, and it was all over. (Spider go squishy-squish!)
