  • 2 to 3 mangos? I would become insane on 6 mangos per meal. just not enough calories to support my brain and physique.

  • @Helenelalala i dont know what you re trying to communicate. i am 250 pounds. i ate 39 bananas one day and i did 3,5 hours cardio, it wasnt enough calories, i had to add a big low fat vegan meal.

  • @Mongodelight well maybe your system need more fruits? I've seen some ppl needing more. But there's nothing wrong with eating your veges. You can also choose to change only slowly to a fruits diet. Also I'd make sure your bananas are RIPE and organic and if possible try tell your seller (wholeseller) to tell the grower to leave the bananas longer on the tree! They will have more nutrition.

    I believe each individual needs to eat the amount at each meal that is optimal for them as an individual. This may be 2 mangoes for me but 10 for someone else.

    One of the things that I have learnt over the past 20 years is that needs vary from day to day, and from person to person.

    I needed to eat more fruit when I first started out on the fruit diet; but now I feel I assimilate my fruit better, so need to eat less.
