The "I C Q CQ" sounds like "I seek you seek you" which is her probably looking for her lost friend/father at the end (which she replaced with the robot).

But.. now that I think of it, this whole song is confusing. If we knew what the binary codes meant...

What I get from the song is that the girl was living her fairy-tale life with her father/boyfriend/friend (don't know what exactly) and then the robots killed him and she was left to live in the dump. There she met a robot and became friends with it (probably replacing the male at the end). When the robots killed her, she began remembering the male and cried because she had replaced/forgotten him. Then the nice robot killed the other and it's back-up killed it.

Her freind was mad so he destroyed the robot that killed her and then the other robots killed him... Sorry if im wrong.

For example, an apostrophe is a literary device where the speaker refers to an abstract idea; which refers to the abstract person she seeks.
