Yeah, we are the second house into the neighborhood from a busy street, and have no fenced-in backyard. I have Sierra (and Whiskers) on a leash just in case she darts into traffic. Whiskers was out before Sierra that day, and saw a bird in the neighbor's yard (first one into our neighborhood from the heavy traffic). She tried to dart at him/her, but luckily, was on a leash. My mom once had a dog who saw a squirrel, and ran out into the street, and got hit by a car...Always got to be careful.

yes i thought that was the case. hope u take your cats out for a walk every day... it's fun to see her this excited! she loves the lawn lol! :)
