@loganromberger - I don't see 2K Sports getting exclusive rights to baseball. Sony would never agree to that and exclude any other potential companies that could make a baseball game from being on their system just for 2K. They would miss out on too much potential revenue
The bottom line is, 2K simply needs to make better baseball game or just give on this baseball franchise altogether that constantly disappoints.
Man, you do realize the camera angle isn't why you mess up, right? They don't expect you to try to see where it goes. The players each have an "eye" attribute. It will tell you where the ball is going (in the zone, wide, inside, high, low) and the higher the eye is the more accurate the information is. Also, you're more likely to miss when you use power, which you clearly did.

No offense, I'm not flaming you or anything, but I never buy a sports game to play online, just because, so I don't think the online is a problem. And the default camera is perfectly fine, you're allowed to want to change it, but it doesn't make it any easier technically. You just aren't good at batting with the default camera. yea the default offensive camera is just fine its just all about timing and patience no matter what the camera setting is. but the hitting is messed up, for some reason idk if its just me but whenever i have the difficulty on all-star or legend, i do not swing at balls and i have excellent timing on the pitches but almost every at-bat i ground out pop out or swing through pitches that on replay look like the ball should be destroyed.
My game always freezes when an made-up player comes in to pinch hit, so that's normally late in the game, 8th, 9th inning, up next, Joe Schmo, FREEZE! 2K needs to get out of the gaming business.

I have played roughly 90 games in to my season (including Spring Training), and it keeps freezing about 3-4 innings into the next game. WTF? I even bought a new copy of the game, and upgraded to an Elite console. Still freezes. Again, WTF???
@jlb1980 Well where do I start this game does not work and 2k says there is going to be a patch soon they said mid April the patch should be out to fix all the bugs I will make an uptodate video tomorrow about this thanks for the comment

you have to improve your eye and not the camera setting. get a feeling for the pitch and you'll go yard more likely. contact is the magic word. you don't wanna swing after a pitch way off the K-zone
