Well, look; if you wanted Beck to do a straightfoward* Leonard Cohen cover, he did the rest of the album as well; let him have is fun with this one.
*(Or at least as straightforward as Beck can be :P)
Also remember, if a cover is too straightforward, it kills the meaning of doing a cover...

Okay, I hate rap, love Leonard Cohen, so I was set to think this was going to be garbage, but it was fun, made me smile and laugh. I think it's great that kids of Beck's generation know Leonard Cohen's music.

Can I please give this MORE than five stars? I absolutely love Leonard Cohen, both his songs and his poems, but for some reason Master Song just never quite did it for me. Until right now.
