  • 佐藤隆太とかは格闘技好きだからこそ

    リングアナは断るべき。

    まぁそんなに好きじゃないんでしょうけど。

  • なんで試合をうpしねえんだよ

  • at 2:31 i lol'd so hard the first time i watched it

  • 佐藤隆太のウザイ

    この一戦を汚した

  • FLAME OF FUCKING MIND

  • they were both past their primes :(

  • does he say cool eye wear ? ? ?

saku is brilliant with his entrances

just wonder why ufc doesnt do this ? =(

  • no tamura is the best keep drinking the pride kool aid

  • sorry bud. Tamua is a great fighter n all, but Saku fought this fight with broken arm and was very banged up. in prime Saku most likely subs Kiyoshi.

  • screw Tamura

at this point in his career, Saku was so badly injured he can barely fight

  • tamura is the greatest

  • saku is a true legend

  • Go Saku!!!!!

  • Saku the best!!!

  • SAKU awesome the mans a genius

  • SAKU THE GREAT

  • Tokimitsu Ishizawa iwas the best pure wrestler of that generation, yet he didn't put in the effort towards the shoot style hence he never totally develped like a Tamura, Funaki or Sakuraba

  • He never liked getting into MMA. Inoki pretty much forced him to, but Ishizawa wanted to stay in pro wrestling.

  • I asked Billy Robinson who was the teacher/ trainer to both Tamura and Sakuraba if this fight would take place. This was two weeks prior to the event. Coach Robinson thought it wouldn't take place because he said Sakuraba wasn't recovered from his injuries. The fight took place, however, and he was right- Saku wasn't recovered.

  • I thought the same thing too. K-1 really forced this main event since they had no backup plan and the fact that this was the fight that was hyped up in Japan for years, and it was the only fight they could produce that would build up some interest in Japan.

  • billy robinson is a great catch wrestling teacher. i didnt know billy stayed in touch with sakuraba ?

its pretty cool you know billy robinson.lol. how do you know him ?

  • I was lucky enough to attend a seminar with him. I didn't hold back on the questions much to the dismay of those around me. He does keep in touch with both Tamura and Sakuraba it seems. He is an elder so in Japan he gets much respect, and I'm sure his ex students pay homage to him on occassion since he is only behind Lou Thesz and Karl Gotch in prestige. He is still alive but ailing.

  • Thanks for posting this. Win or lose Sakuraba is the greatest ever in my book. His entrances alone make a promotion worth watching.

  • Same here

  • Same here too bro! Saku is the greatest...
