We'll I have a PhD in Otolaryngology and as far as my studies have led me to believe there are no muscles in the human body to be able to do that. My guess would be that he is pressing his nose against super clear glass and moving it around.

I'd have to say you're right on that one. If you haven't seen his video where he wins that Japanese game show, he does use possibly fiberglass, but i'm not so sure. But yes, it would be impossible to do that kind of thing by yourself.
