  • uw loves lefty's

  • i know this kids good but he looks awful in this highlight tape

  • Looks like Garfield is hurtin without Tony Wroten. They lost to Ballard in their latest matchup.

  • now we'll see how good Garfield really is, whether they are actually a team and not just Tony Wroten

  • your a dream come true for UW fans pleaseeeee stay in your state.

    Go Dawgs!

  • I went to ballard, not a hoops school at all, it unfair for them to play franklin and garfield

  • no shit it's all white kids..lol.

  • lol he's in my gym class

  • I've seen Tony play. I really like the passion he plays the game with. A main skill I admire is his clapping ability in the face of others as he makes plays.

  • watched him play in state championship, not impressed at all, no work ethic or desire in the game... just complaining as a sophomore, thinks he is to legit... well give him state champion runner up

  • If Rick Pitino is trying to get this kid then he can't be as overrated as you say. But he's class of 2011 so he has lots of time to improve.

  • how tall is he?

  • 6-5

  • Comment removed

  • Can't wait to see him in purple and gold!

  • This kid is never going to play profesionally, neither in the NBA nor Europe.

No shooting ability and let's see what he will do when he will not be able to grab his own rebounds.

  • he is #1 of class 2011 NATIONALLY. what does that say?

  • I don't even know, just write to me, in 3-4 years telling me where he is playing, if he's a pro, then u were right. but i don't think he is going to be a pro.

  • Dude he needs to come to louisville w his boy Peyton Siva! We'd have him peyton and jeremy tyler on the same team we would be sick!! It's be like ucla back in the 70's!

  • wow the refs missed a travel call him if u watch from 0:42 on

  • LOL NICE.

he did like a little shimmy moonwalk step

  • lol u guys straight gobblin nut sacks. he aint dat good son cheg out pepe niggas

  • why did he get kicked out of school

  • i think he didn't live in the school zone

  • hes back fortunately.

  • wonder what he will be doing this year after getting kicked out of school.

  • Probably suing the school district or something.

  • i love you tony!.. i go to school with him and he's the nicest guy

  • i know the kid loves Bruce Pearl but he's only a 10th grader so his mind could change every day.

  • Washingtons to lose. Especially with the committ of Abdul Gaddy.

  • Abdul Gaddy is one & done. His decision should have very little impact on where Wroten heads. TW would be foolish to go to a floundering basketball program like UW, just because Gaddy backed out on AZ after Olsen retired.

    ajw

  • gaddy is like 16 homie he has to stay 2 at uw 2 years.

  • Except UW will probably make the tournament this year, and they'll be even better next year. They're not exactly floundering.

  • I go to school with this guy. He wants to go to Miami. Don't ask why...anyone would love to see him at NC or Kentucky.

  • Wat the hell are you guys talking about he hasnt even talked about college yet hes only a sophomore and if he goes anywhere its prolly gonna be the UW like NAte i no this guys cousin to not the one thats nate

  • "If he goes anywhere"? NBA is not an option for him, son. He will play in college. I honestly think he would be wasted at UW. No chance of a deep tourney run. Zero national exposure. Unproven flash-in-the pan coach. If the situation is right, he should head to Westwood, Chapel Hill, Lawrence, or Storrs & showcase himself for 2 years. A kid like that deserves the lights....look how horribly Spencer Hawes decision to go to UW turned out.

  • yeah because it is a waste to stay home and make a name for himself. and uw has been in the sweet 16 a few times recently so to say they are garbage is just plain stupid.

your saying that with Isaiah Thomas, Abdul Gaddy, and possibly Josh Smith, to go along with Wroten that Washington wouldn't do anything in the tourney???? they might be the most talented team in the country if those four players are on the court which is a possibility. We rep our region and stand by it. We dont sell out!

  • Hawes was hurt as a freshman, and he should have stayed another year. That's not on the UW. Oh, and despite having no tourney run and "zero national exposure," Hawes was still taken 10th in the draft. Yeah, going to UW really hurt him.

  • his cousin is nate robinson who bleeds purple and gold. his dad was a tight end on a rose bowl winner for the huskies. hes related to the only player to be mvp of a rose and orange bowl for washington j robinson. his mom was a track star at washington. his aunt is the garfield girls coach and former harlem globetrotter joyce walker.

He lists Washington and then a bunch of eastcoast schools. no ucla. no kansas. no arizona.

washington has the inside track on this guy. knock on wood.

  • I will knock on wood as well.

  • i dnt see no defense.

  • yall talkin college, nobody even knows what highschool he'll be at!!

  • UNLV.......

  • Why would he go to Tennessee when he can go to North Carolina, UCLA or Kansas & play in a final four before jumping to the Association?

    My money is on UNC.

  • Bruce Pearl

  • The next Magic Johnson/Mamba combined

  • He is going to be a Tennessee Vol!

  • line violation :55 ?

  • Talking about washington here. Didn't ya'll say that ya'll were gettin Terrence Williams? Then Peyton Siva? Louisville is about to take another Seattle prospect in Aaron Dotson. Tony Wroten will be coming to the ville, all the Seattle talents know where to go.

  • his only a freshman NEXT OJ MAYO

  • His Dad and Mom went to UDUB!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Tony knows whatsup.

    Washington bound.

  • these highlites suck! im tellin you futurehoopstv has waaaay better hilites of tone-tone.

  • i hope so cause the highlights are badd

  • I agree he is all VOL!!!!

  • This guy is all VOL!!!

  • How big is this guy?

  • this guy is only a year older then me... the varsity basketball team i play on the best player there played in an olympic league game with this guy and scored 20. his brther plays college ball. wroten scored 33

  • Wishin the homie the best wherever he goes. But on the real, do like Nate and B-Roy and go 2 the dub!

  • come to tennessee

  • both his parents went to UW....He is ours...

  • no I'm sure he actually wants to succeed. I think he'll go elsewhere then.

  • Why would he want to be anything like ROY and All-star Brandon Roy??? Romar has more first round draft picks in the last three years than any other coach. Fact. Plus both of his parents graduated from the University of Washington and want to see him play. Your really fuckin pathetic you know that bronco

  • Really fuckin pathetic huh? just another pissed off husky fan. I'd be pissed too if my football and basketball programs were in shambles. Let him play for a team that wins games.

  • I'm not pissed off bronco. I have no reason to be. UWFootball is coming back. We got the best QB in the pac10 and are about to show the nation we are back; it all starts on August 30th. You see bronco, we have tradition at washington (7 rosebowls), and programs go through rough times, but we'll be back. Just wait and see. UWBasketball is gonna be fighting with UCLA this year for the title; I'll be more than happy to eat crow if I'm wrong, but I know I'm not.Don't tell me your a BSU fan??

  • More first round picks than any other coach? Definitely not a "fact."

I count two (Hawes and Roy). Howland has four (Westbrook, Love, Afflalo, Farmar).

  • Nate Robinson was a first round pick

  • and Martell Webster was commited to UW before bolting to the league; but your right; Howland has one more after this years draft.

  • Nate Robinson wasn't a first rounder?????? yeah do you research.

and UW produced the ROY. When's the last time UCLA did that?

  • You said "more first round draft picks in the last three years." Nate Robinson was drafted in 2005, which last time I counted, was 4 drafts ago. I think my research is fine.

  • you know you're pathetic when one of your highlights is a free throw

  • You won't be saying that if you saw him play in person.

  • yeah tony wroten is pathetic...

he's so pathetic he is rated as the top freshman in the country. pretty pathetic huh

    dumbass

  • tennessee would love him. pearl knows talent he would be a star. front cover si ,all sec, all american come to tennessee

  • Seattle has become one of the prime regions for true basketball talent.

  • If college or even nba scouts need a solid, great basketball player....seatle is the place to go

  • Sexy cheerleaders

  • i don't see any cheerleaders in this video

  • ahh i got his autograph!

    hes hella good thoughh

    same with siva.

  • tennessee would love him

  • He is going to UW, sorry buddy.

  • Even though his father remains a UW alumn, Tony's talent would be best suited elsewhere. Washington basketball is a flat-out joke right now.

  • ive seen thomas, siva and now wroten.

these guys are all for real.

seattle is on the map for hoops.

  • @lagoogler08 Thomas is Tacoma not Seattle.

  • This kid is for real...We are coming for u... Tired of all u Seattle boys doing the damn thing...Naw for real keep doing what u do... My son and I keeps tabs on you..Great job..

  • this is the most confusing thing I have ever read
