Also, french nationality is more about soil and administrative papers than blood (read Ernest Renan on that matter). And according to your statement, maybe 1% of the french population is REALLY french.. But that's impossible to know, that would imply genetic testing and I don't think those would be able to arbitrate between Celts and Germanic or Romans.

At the time the best one was Ramil, the only people who believed that Lemaitre could reach bellow 10 first were the French people, guess what they were lucky. Often in "games" rational conclusions are hard to get right because of the amount of variables.

Wow, what a race. The fastest guy in the field in 5 got a terrible start and blew his chances, the Jamaican had a great run but Christophe had an unbelievable last 70m! That race had everything.
