how strong is that magnet? because I just ordered one that is a N42 disc magnet with 87lbs of pulling force and I'm curious to see if my magnet can do stuff like that.
That's pretty cool. You might even be able to get two and put the other on the other side of your room. Then maybe you could get the string to float in mid air without touching anything.

One of the magnets would always snap togeather. As soon as one got closer to the other, it would become exponentially stronger. I just couldnt resist saying something...

For those interested in buying any of these Neodymium magnets, then my advice would be to find a company in your own country to buy them from!
As if your buy them from abroad, then you could end up paying 2 or 3 times the cost of the actual magnets, just for your postage.
I personally buy all my magnets from first4magnetsDOTcom

the square one in the video can hold approximately 20 kg, and I believe yours can hold 12 kg
