  • I read that P90x2 is coming out and people say to me p90x2 is a sequel to p90x and that its not a stand alone product...But i beg to differ. P90x was the second step to Power 90 and I didn't start at Power 90...I let my body reach up to what p90x required of me. I think the human body can adapt to anything. You may have to slowly progress but its possible. You don't need to do these things in order in my opinion. do as much as you can however you can and you'll get where you need to be.

  • @CaptZor

It really matters where you are in life jumping into P90X right away might be to much for your body

I would recommend trying it out if it feels like it is pushing you to hard like 200%(feels like heart attack, fainting or getting sick) then you need to turn down your pace until you can do that in a 2-4 weeks time or get a easier program

myself I have done P90, P90X, P90X+, Insanity, RevAbs and I am looking forward to P90X2(I hope they do something with KettleBells)

  • P90X is a good workout, but you can use CrossFit for free, or at least cheaper. Plus, they are the ones that started this big push for high intensity fitness workouts, but they don't get a lot of credit because it's free so they do advertise. Though anything is better than no workout at all.

  • @timmy7796

wow thats pretty crazy good for your school promoting good health hope they are pushing proper eating also

I have done P90, 2 p90x, now trying RevAbs and hoping to do insanity after

  • It's the end of my 6th week, I got pretty amazing results, my wife and friends were really surprised cause I use to have a BIG beer belly, like 6 weeks ago HAHA

    I LOOOOVE P90X, BRING IT!!!

  • man this works. i did the ab ripper x and my abs were like melting off of my body. they were like pudding. it hurt a bit the next day too.

  • You don't care about mass and yet you posting a badass keyboard warrior comment to make you e-peen bigger?

  • ...wait a minute...so working out and eating right gives you results?! wow! who would of ever thought of that one, damn this vibrating ab belt and Atkins book!!!! ...idiots

  • Haha its funny when people say like OH this doesnt work. Of course it works... because, I'm no scientist but... If you work out you get buff eventually. This program just provides support and structure.

  • exactly then it becomes your daily routine

  • But like..what if you cant do all those extreme exercises...like I cant do a pull up to save my life..and I workout regurlarly..it looks intimidating to be honest bro.

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmm health crack

  • I think what he does is quite simple but he provides structure. The idea is you don't need any fancy equipment all you need is a bar and some dumbells. It is alot different than bodybuilding. It is conditioning.

  • P90X seems really great. After 90 days of following the program the results are phenominal. I know people who follow diets and look great. After they reach their goal something happens. And it's not good. What does P90X have to offer after the desired results? Is there a follow up program to maintain the results? Or is it a slippery slide back to flabdom?

  • there is a new maintenance schedule for P90X+ but i dont know if they ever was one for P90X. they say you can keep your results for 2months with healthy eating before you have to go intense again thats why its a good workout right before summer. Also once you complete it, it becomes more part of your life like i was a computer geek no muscle and thought i would try out P90. i completed P90 then went on 2 full P90X and now im on my 2nd week of P90X+

90*3=270+14=284 from 0 days ever working out

  • But the truth is if you push yourself to the limit without any supplement, you will see results after time. Supplements get you mentally pumped as well as physically, but that mental state can make a person believe that success comes through supplements only.

  • the thing i dont understand is i can do everything, the plymetrics the crazy looking pushups such as alligators, spidermans, rock climbers and stuff like that but i cannot do a pullup, do they have an alternative if you cant do a pullup without assistance?

  • this is what i got when i just started but i dont need it now lol im going onto p90x+ coming in this week

  • dude ur a fu*king idiot! this is now the no 1 program in the States.. look at all the before and after pictures and then tell me if "its not that great" i bet ur just some fat dude who cant be disciplined enough to do this!

  • I trie p90x yoga and its wonderful , i dont generally buy stuff ( one in blue moon ) first i download dem and then buy , beleive me i can show u results and i like the way tht guy inspires you to do more and more

  • my cuzin did this last year and now (no homo) he looks sooooo much sexier than before... his arms are huge and his abs are great.. however he used N.O. Xplode, cellmass and Lipo 6... I thought that was too much but he looks good!! The only thing i dont like about this is that "muscle confusion" crap... they haven't actually scientifically proven that its true

  • "Muscle Confusion" is just another way of saying that, if you keep doing the same workout every single day, you'll eventually hit a plateau, so you gotta mix things up by changing workouts, changing exercises, or even changing the order and day in which you train, that way you'll get past your plateau and continue achieving your goals, and THAT is scientifically proved.

  • if u were smart u wouldnt put your phone on the internet....thats alot of weird people out there

  • im actually at day 51 now and when im at 90 i will make a vid to show the changes i like the results so far. i havent lost weight to much like 2-5 pounds but i have lots more definition and gained alot in muscle mass which im happy for i have not followed diet at all and im pretty much doing a protein diet

  • yah im just finishing up my P90 and starting the X on Tuesday time to bring it on and get sore lol

  • yea i downloaded back and biceps and its great. im downloading the rest of p90x now. i like it!

  • hey could u tell me how to download it too

  • you have to torrent it. i dont really want to go into explaining it. if you really want it, message me

  • Hey Sarge... 1st of all, which site do u usually seek your torrents at? Isohunt? Cause I've been trying to get some of the P90X stuff and I haven't found what I'm missing. I already have the 12 workouts (AVI format) but I really want the HOW TO BRING IT video and the rest of the stuff (nutrition planning, calendar, etc.) and I can only find the whole set (44GB) and my PC doesn't have enough HD space, could you please upload the stuff that's not the 12 workouts & let me know? TY

  • well, i really dont want to upload anything right now. but i did get the how to bring it video from isohunt. all the P90X stuff came in one download. all the worksheets and videos (yes there are worksheets to record workouts). but your not missing much. its just telling you when an what workouts to do, and it talks a little about nutrition and supplements. also, try these different torrent sites

    piratebay (dot) org

    youtorrent (dot) com

  • try P90 first thats what im doing and im in great shape now and going onto P90X next month

  • Well the only serious advice I can give is that you should ask your doctor... He's the only one who can give you a faithful answer.

  • lame

  • If you have what it takes to eat right and commit yourself for an hour and 20 minutes every day for 90 days to the most intense workout outside of Navy seals BUDS training and and getting in the best shape of your life I'd be interested to hear what you think.
