I read that P90x2 is coming out and people say to me p90x2 is a sequel to p90x and that its not a stand alone product...But i beg to differ. P90x was the second step to Power 90 and I didn't start at Power 90...I let my body reach up to what p90x required of me. I think the human body can adapt to anything. You may have to slowly progress but its possible. You don't need to do these things in order in my opinion. do as much as you can however you can and you'll get where you need to be.
It really matters where you are in life jumping into P90X right away might be to much for your body
I would recommend trying it out if it feels like it is pushing you to hard like 200%(feels like heart attack, fainting or getting sick) then you need to turn down your pace until you can do that in a 2-4 weeks time or get a easier program

P90X is a good workout, but you can use CrossFit for free, or at least cheaper. Plus, they are the ones that started this big push for high intensity fitness workouts, but they don't get a lot of credit because it's free so they do advertise. Though anything is better than no workout at all.

I think what he does is quite simple but he provides structure. The idea is you don't need any fancy equipment all you need is a bar and some dumbells. It is alot different than bodybuilding. It is conditioning.

there is a new maintenance schedule for P90X+ but i dont know if they ever was one for P90X. they say you can keep your results for 2months with healthy eating before you have to go intense again thats why its a good workout right before summer. Also once you complete it, it becomes more part of your life like i was a computer geek no muscle and thought i would try out P90. i completed P90 then went on 2 full P90X and now im on my 2nd week of P90X+
But the truth is if you push yourself to the limit without any supplement, you will see results after time. Supplements get you mentally pumped as well as physically, but that mental state can make a person believe that success comes through supplements only.
the thing i dont understand is i can do everything, the plymetrics the crazy looking pushups such as alligators, spidermans, rock climbers and stuff like that but i cannot do a pullup, do they have an alternative if you cant do a pullup without assistance?

"Muscle Confusion" is just another way of saying that, if you keep doing the same workout every single day, you'll eventually hit a plateau, so you gotta mix things up by changing workouts, changing exercises, or even changing the order and day in which you train, that way you'll get past your plateau and continue achieving your goals, and THAT is scientifically proved.
im actually at day 51 now and when im at 90 i will make a vid to show the changes i like the results so far. i havent lost weight to much like 2-5 pounds but i have lots more definition and gained alot in muscle mass which im happy for i have not followed diet at all and im pretty much doing a protein diet

I already have the 12 workouts (AVI format) but I really want the HOW TO BRING IT video and the rest of the stuff (nutrition planning, calendar, etc.) and I can only find the whole set (44GB) and my PC doesn't have enough HD space, could you please upload the stuff that's not the 12 workouts & let me know? "Muscle Confusion" is just another way of saying that, if you keep doing the same workout every single day, you'll eventually hit a plateau, so you gotta mix things up by changing workouts, changing exercises, or even changing the order and day in which you train, that way you'll get past your plateau and continue achieving your goals, and THAT is scientifically proved.

im actually at day 51 now and when im at 90 i will make a vid to show the changes i like the results so far. i havent lost weight to much like 2-5 pounds but i have lots more definition and gained alot in muscle mass which im happy for i have not followed diet at all and im pretty much doing a protein diet
