Also, one of the biggest, and by far easiest, things you can do to lose some weight is to switch to diet sodas or tea. I was about 140, and it cut me down about 10 pounds without changing my routine over a month or so.
if u have P-90X, you should get 10 Minute Trainer. it is made by the same guy (Tony Horton). It is baically a shorter version of P-90X. hope it helps
